SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Chicka Chew LLC currently ships only within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note that order processing times may be extended during:
- Product launches;
- Promotional events;
- Holidays;
- Severe weather conditions; or
- Other unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
SHIPPING METHODS
Chicka Chew partners with trusted shipping carriers, including:
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- UPS
- FedEx
Carrier availability may vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Typical delivery windows are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:
- Weather conditions;
- Carrier delays;
- Holidays;
- High shipping volumes; or
- Other events beyond our control.
Chicka Chew LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order size;
- Shipping destination; and
- Shipping method selected.
From time to time, Chicka Chew may offer free shipping promotions. Promotional offers are subject to change without notice.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Chicka Chew LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hi@chickachew.com. While we will do our best to accommodate address corrections, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Chicka Chew LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking with household members, neighbors, or building management;
- Verifying the shipping address used for the order; and
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Chicka Chew may review lost package claims on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement or refund.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

- A description of the issue; and
- Photos of the product and packaging.
Upon review, customers may choose between:
- A replacement shipment; or
- A refund to the original payment method.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because orders are processed promptly to ensure freshness and timely delivery, we may not be able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.
